1. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Excluding weekends & holidays).
   Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Time
   Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
   Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available for certain promotions.
4. In-Store Pickup
   We offer a convenient In-Store Pickup option at checkout for eligible products. 
   • Pickup Availability: Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be ready for pickup within 1-3 business days.
   • Notification: Please do not head to the store until you receive our "Ready for Pickup" email notification. 
   • Holding Period: Orders will be held at the designated store for up to 7days from the date of notification. Unclaimed orders may be canceled or subject to restocking fees.
