Bluebird Travel launched in 2015 in Taiwan, pioneering the trend of creative filled egg rolls. We officially brought the brand to Singapore in 2025.

Where do your ingredients come from?
We use premium ingredients sourced globally for the best quality:
- Eggs: CAS-certified premium washed eggs.
- Dairy: 100% natural butter and milk powder from New Zealand.
- Pork Floss: Made from local Taiwanese pork, regularly tested for safety.
- Peanut & Sesame: Homemade with Taiwanese peanuts and a low-sugar, low-salt black sesame recipe.
- Chocolate: High-quality Belgian chocolate for a rich, smooth texture.
What is the cocoa percentage of the Dark Chocolate egg rolls?
Our Dark Chocolate contains approximately 70% cocoa, offering a perfect balance of bittersweet richness.
Will the chocolate fillings melt?
Yes, please store them in a cool, dry place and avoid high temperatures to maintain the best texture.
Why are there white crystals on the dark chocolate?
This is a natural phenomenon called "Sugar Bloom." Since we use premium Belgian chocolate, fluctuations in temperature may cause the sugar to recrystallize. It is safe to consume and does not affect the quality.

Why don't the Sesame and Dark Chocolate fillings look "lava-like" as in the photos?
The "lava" effect in our photos is achieved by slightly warming the egg rolls. Since we use natural ingredients like Belgian chocolate, the fillings may firm up in cooler temperatures.

How do you ensure the egg rolls arrive unbroken?
Products are air-freighted from Taiwan and quality-checked in SG.
