Return & Refund Policy

For food safety and hygiene reasons, all food products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Returns or refunds will only be considered if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following details for verification:

  • Name & Order Number

  • Batch Number / Expiry Date (if visible)

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos of the defective product (including the original packaging and the damaged area)

Once your request is verified and confirmed, we will proceed with the return, replacement, or refund process. Bluebird Travel reserves the right to make the final decision.
