Payment Methods

1. Credit Card
   Successful payment will trigger a confirmation email.
2. Order Cancellation Terms
   Cancellations won't be accepted if the process has already begun, except in cases of force majeure.
   Orders can be canceled within 7 days from the order date, provided that production has not started and the product has not been shipped.
   If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, such as ordering errors or shipping date discrepancies, a processing fee of 3.4% of the total order amount + SGD 2.35 will apply.
   Refunds will be processed after the cancellation is confirmed, minus any applicable fees.
3. Payment Failure
   Unsuccessful payments will result in automatic order cancellation. You may reorder directly.
4. Discount Codes
   If you have a discount code, enter it before checkout.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
   Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Excluding weekends & holidays).
   Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Time
   Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
   Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available for certain promotions.
